BILLING CRITERIA
Fees are based on objective criteria and tailored to the complexity and value of the case, as well as the level of commitment required to Mannocci.law firm, with individual client characteristics being irrelevant.
The firm embraces the principle of transparency in disclosing its fees and favors prior disclosure of costs and the absence of hidden expense items.
The fee amounts in euros (€) should, therefore, be understood as including VAT and statutory charges (which in Italy correspond to 12.5% for lump-sum reimbursement, 4% for Social Insurance Fund for lawyers, and 22% for VAT).
Payment by bank transfer, credit card or certified digital platforms.
