Admitted to the Bar in 2011, Attorney Andrea Mannocci has built his professional career in the fields of real estate, banking and financial law. Through many years of experience in handling high-value and complex matters, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the banking sector, credit recovery dynamics, real estate enforcement proceedings, judicial auctions and asset disposal transactions. His technical profile has developed in a cross-disciplinary manner, combining practical experience in managing real estate transactions and complex litigation with continuous professional training in real estate, enforcement, insolvency, legal English, common law systems, civil and commercial mediation, and asset protection tools. Among the various qualifications and certifications forming part of his professional background, since 2015 he has served, and continues to serve, as a court-appointed delegate for real estate sales on behalf of the competent Court. Since 2016, he has continuously deepened his knowledge of legal English and common law systems, obtaining the “Legal English for Lawyers” certification and attending advanced training courses in enforcement and insolvency procedures. His international training continued in 2018 at the “QLTS School” in London, dedicated to the recognition of foreign legal professionals within the English legal system. Having already been appointed in 2021 as legal consultant to Judicial Sales Institutes in Tuscany, in the same year he obtained the qualification of “Business Crisis and Insolvency Manager”, while continuing his studies and specialization in legal English and in contractual and pre-contractual matters within common law systems, including through specialization courses offered by Harvard University. In 2024, he completed the “National Inter-District Advanced Specialization Course on Real Estate Enforcement Procedures”. This combination of judicial experience, knowledge of the real estate market, banking expertise and contractual analysis skills enables Attorney Mannocci to assist Italian and international clients throughout all stages of a real estate transaction: from acquisition to due diligence, from contractual protection to closing management, through to post-acquisition protection, international successions, trusts, real estate holding companies and asset protection tools. Attorney Mannocci provides legal assistance entirely in English, with particular attention to the needs of foreign clients seeking to purchase, manage or protect real estate assets in Italy. His approach is independent, strategic and focused on risk prevention, with the aim of making clients aware not only of the formal aspects of the transaction, but also of the less apparent critical issues that may affect the successful outcome of the investment. Alongside him, Attorney Federica Malacarne, registered with the Bar Association of Pisa, provides legal counsel to businesses and private clients in civil law matters, with solid experience in banking law, real estate law, contract law, enforcement procedures and residence permits. Professionally rooted in Tuscany, she combines a concrete knowledge of the territory with an attentive, precise approach focused on the operational management of clients’ needs. Her background, enriched by specific training in banking contract law, enables her to assist Italian and foreign clients in the assessment and management of real estate transactions, contractual relationships and documentary profiles connected with cross-border matters. Her experience in enforcement procedures and banking law further strengthens the Firm’s ability to handle transactions requiring technical attention, risk assessment and coordination among the various parties involved. Attorney Malacarne’s work contributes significantly to the structure of the Firm, particularly in the preparation and management of documentation, relations with clients and professionals, analysis of contractual profiles and handling of matters requiring continuity, precision and the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear operational solutions. Since 2025, Attorney Andrea Mannocci and Attorney Federica Malacarne have also shared the project “IP&L Law Firm – Independence, Protection & Legality”, dedicated to the real estate sector in Italy and based on an independent approach focused on client protection and the legality of the transaction.
