About The Firm
Mannocci Law Firm is an independent legal practice established in 2011 and based in Tuscany, Italy, offering high-level legal assistance in English to clients from around the world. The firm is committed to providing independent advice, rigorous legal protection, and tailored strategic support in matters involving the purchase, sale, and management of real estate, property disputes, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance with Italian property law, and estate and trust matters relating to real estate. Dedicated to safeguarding its clients’ interests at every stage, the firm delivers clear, reliable, and solution-oriented assistance in complex domestic and cross-border matters.
Redefining Real Estate Law in Italy

"When Attorney Andrea Mannocci founded his firm, focusing on real estate law for international clients, he wasn’t simply establishing another boutique legal practice—he was creating a new paradigm for how foreign investors could safely, freely, and confidently navigate the Italian real estate market."
The firm is shaped by direct experience of the legal complexity and hidden risks international clients may encounter in the Italian market. It draws on decades of experience in the banking and real estate sectors, including credit management, foreclosure, insolvency, and distressed asset law, offering foreign clients clear, independent, and fully English-speaking legal guidance in property, financial, and international commercial law.
Legal Clarity, Independent Choices
"Every client, every property, every path is different. That’s why the firm provides independent legal services designed to protect your interests — free from external influence, focused solely on clarity, legality, and your decision-making freedom in the Italian market."

The firm adopts a fully independent legal approach, free from any link to property values, sales outcomes, or financial incentives. In the Italian real estate market, overlapping roles and intermediaries can create complexity, limited transparency, and reduced legal clarity, often compounded for international clients by issues such as visas, residence permits, taxation, and regulatory inconsistencies. Mannocci Law Firm addresses these risks through clear, independent legal advice from the earliest stage, enabling clients to assess their rights, obligations, and risks with clarity, autonomy, and without external influence.

A carefully structured portfolio of legal services designed to ensure a smooth, informed, and discreet entry into the Italian real estate market. Combining legal precision with personalized support, the approach addresses all regulatory, contractual, and fiscal aspects — offering international clients clarity, confidence, and protection throughout every stage of the investment process.
